Credits are priced at $1 for 10 and $5 for 100 so that usage stays simple. Because each credit is consumed immediately after purchase, we generally cannot issue refunds. If a billing error occurs (duplicate charge, fraud, or a documented technical failure that prevented credit delivery), email support@threewheeledsloth.com within 14 days and we’ll review the case. Otherwise, all sales are final.
